Please read these terms carefully before using SaathiSutra.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and SaathiSutra ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, and using SaathiSutra (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service, and you must immediately stop using it. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you have the capacity and authority to enter into this agreement.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. User Eligibility

To use SaathiSutra, you must:

  • • Be at least 18 years of age
  • • Reside in India or be an Indian national
  • • Have a valid email address or phone number
  • • Not be legally incapacitated or otherwise unable to enter contracts
  • • Not be a user whose account has been previously terminated
  • • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • • Not be married or in a committed relationship (for matrimonial purposes)
  • • Have the authority to bind yourself to these Terms

We have the right to verify your eligibility and may request documentation. False information regarding age or eligibility will result in immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

When you register an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Profile Requirements

Your profile must be genuine and truthful. All information, photographs, and descriptions must be accurate. Using fake information, misleading photos, or misrepresenting yourself is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for securing your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • • Use fake profiles, photos, or misleading information
  • • Harass, threaten, defame, or bully other users
  • • Engage in any form of discrimination based on caste, religion, or other attributes
  • • Solicit money from other users for any reason
  • • Promote or engage in fraudulent activities or scams
  • • Share explicit, offensive, or pornographic content
  • • Spam or send unsolicited messages
  • • Hack, breach, or attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data
  • • Violate privacy rights of others
  • • Share others' personal information without consent
  • • Promote illegal activities or services
  • • Engage in catfishing or deceptive practices
  • • Commercially solicit or advertise on the platform
  • • Engage in or promote multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes

5. Content & Intellectual Property

5.1 User Content

By uploading content (photos, descriptions, videos), you grant SaathiSutra a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for platform operation, improvement, and marketing purposes. You retain ownership of your content but authorize us to display and use it within the Service.

5.2 Platform Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SaathiSutra (including code, design, and materials) are owned by SaathiSutra or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without permission.

5.3 Copyright Claims

If you believe your copyrighted content has been infringed, notify us immediately with documentation. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removing infringing content.

6. Payment & Subscription

6.1 Pricing

Subscription prices are subject to change. We will notify you of price changes 30 days in advance. Your continued subscription indicates acceptance of new pricing.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refunds for renewal subscriptions are provided at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

6.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. No refunds will be issued for partial months. Premium features will remain available until your subscription period ends.

7. Limitation of Liability

SaathiSutra is provided "AS IS" without warranties:

  • • We do not guarantee matches will lead to relationships or marriage
  • • We are not liable for user interactions, behavior, or outcomes
  • • We are not responsible for data loss, breaches, or unauthorized access
  • • We are not liable for damages caused by virus, malware, or hacking
  • • We are not liable for service interruptions or downtime
  • • We are not responsible for third-party services or content

DISCLAIMER: In no event shall SaathiSutra be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

SaathiSutra may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Reasons for termination include:

  • • Providing false or misleading information
  • • Engaging in harassment, fraud, or illegal activities
  • • Violating intellectual property rights
  • • Repeatedly breaching Terms
  • • Non-payment of subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We are not liable for loss of data or interruption of service due to termination.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaathiSutra, its owners, operators, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • • Your violation of these Terms
  • • Your use of the Service
  • • Your content or information provided
  • • Your interactions with other users
  • • Your violation of laws or third-party rights

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically applicable in Rajasthan. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan.

By using SaathiSutra, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum.
